Common Issues
Section titled “Common Issues””License Invalid” After Hardware Change
Section titled “”License Invalid” After Hardware Change”Your license is bound to your hardware fingerprint. If you changed your motherboard or CPU, the fingerprint no longer matches. Contact support to transfer your license.
License Not Refreshing
Section titled “License Not Refreshing”MZAP refreshes your license every 24 hours. If it can’t reach the activation server, it enters a grace period. Check your internet connection and firewall settings.
Grace Period
Section titled “Grace Period”If the license server is unreachable, MZAP continues to operate for a limited grace period. Once the grace period expires, re-establish internet connectivity to refresh the license.
Status Codes
Section titled “Status Codes”| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Valid | License is active and verified |
| Trial | Running in trial mode |
| Expired | License has expired — renew to continue |
| GracePeriod | License can’t refresh — check connectivity |
| Blocked | License has been revoked — contact support |
| VersionGated | License doesn’t cover this MZAP version — upgrade required |
